The newly formed Labomed will leverage Laboserve’s state-of-the-art development & manufacturing capabilities and the strategic, financial, and market-based solutions offered through Docu-Med. With combined science & marketing, the global entity will grow the business prospects, bridge industry gaps, exceed standards and broaden coverage across primary, specialty and highly specialized healthcare, amplifying Labomed’s position as the leading Western European platform for niche-established, added value medicines.
*All obligations as well as responsibilities of the companies will be integrated into the new company, Labomed.
